Privacy policy

In connection with the provisions of Article 13 and Article 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU 2016, L 119, item 1), we inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is TELEDOOR Poland Sp. z o.o., Metalowa 2a Street, 72-100 Goleniów (hereinafter referred to as TELEDOOR).
  2. The Controller processes your personal data to a strictly defined, minimum extent necessary to conclude, duly perform, terminate or take other actions necessary to perform the concluded agreements, or to fulfill obligations under the law.
  3. The legal basis for processing your personal data obtained by TELEDOOR is the contract for the provision of services, as well as the cooperation agreement related to TELEDOOR ‘s activity.  The legal basis for processing personal data is also the legitimate interests pursued by TELEDOOR.  Where data processing is based on consent, TELEDOOR informs you that consent may be withdrawn at any time.  The withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing that took place before the withdrawal of consent.
  4. The purpose for which TELEDOOR processes personal data is to conclude and perform contracts related to TELEDOOR ‘s business.  The purpose of the processing is also, among other things, the pursuit of legitimate interests by TELEDOOR.  Furthermore, the purpose of TELEDOOR ‘s processing of personal data is: 
    1. pursuing possible claims in connection with the damage suffered by TELEDOOR caused by the person whose data is being processed, and possibly other cases asserted in an amicable way or in court,
    2. documenting the performance of contracts for tax purposes,
    3. ensuring the highest quality of contracts 
  5. In specific situations, the Controller may transfer/trust your data to other entities. The transfer of data is based on legal regulations.  TELEDOOR transfers personal data to the following categories of entities: 
    1. law enforcement authorities,
    2. tax and social security authorities (e.g. ZUS, PFRON),
    3. institutions connected with the handling of EU funds in the broad sense, 
    4. companies providing IT support services to TELEDOOR and IT software providers, 
    5. law firms providing legal advice and legal representation, 
    6. authorized institutions and controlling bodies
  6. The basis for the entrustment of data are properly constructed contracts of entrustment for data processing (e.g. with entities of the ICT and telecommunication sector, data processing) which ensure the safety of personal data. 
  7. Personal data processed by TELEDOOR, shall be stored for the period necessary to implement the purpose for which it was collected and in accordance with the archiving periods laid down by current legislation.  In particular, personal data: 
    1. obtained in connection with the conclusion of the contract will be processed by TELEDOOR for the period of limitation of tax claims or civil law claims or of the person whose data are processed, whichever is the later, 
    2. obtained in connection with the pursuing of legitimate interest by TELEDOOR are processed for the period required by law, 
    3. obtained in connection with the fulfilment of other purposes are processed for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose. 
  8. Each person, whose data is processed by TELEDOOR – with exceptions reserved by law – has a possibility to access their personal data in the TELEDOOR database and to correct, delete, limit their processing, as well as the right to object to their processing.  Access to the data is possible at TELEDOOR headquarters.  TELEDOOR provides an email address rodo@teledoor.pl, through which̨ the company can be contacted regarding personal data. 
  9. Depending on the area in which personal data is processed at TELEDOOR, the provision of personal data is a statutory or contractual requirement.  In specific cases, provision of data is a condition for the conclusion of a contract. You will be informed about the details of the basis of collecting personal data and the possible obligation or voluntariness of providing such data, as well as the potential consequences of failing to provide the data, by the substantive departments of TELEDOOR.  
  10. Each person whose data is processed by TELEDOOR has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
    TELEDOOR does not make automated decisions based on personal data, including profiling.
